Exchange Policy
Kindly note that all purchases of Geniebook’s Discovery Kit are final and non-refundable. However, you may request a 1-to-1 exchange under the following circumstances:
To be eligible for an exchange, a request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, along with a valid receipt and photo(s) of the defect. The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as received. All requests are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
